Lawrence Carroll enables educators with methodologies to create safe dynamic classrooms in all subject areas that guarantees reduced conflicts and interruptions to learning. With the spiraling attrition rates of teachers, high student dropout, increasing school violence and poor world standings in academic performance this is a critical issue for parochial and public schools at all levels. One of my recent clients was faced with some of her most experienced teachers on the brink of burnout and breakdown. In a single workshop teachers were rejuvenated and empowered to improve classroom management. With seventeen years classroom experience since 1977, Lawrence has designed a six dynamic workshops to help educators establish a sound and harmonious classroom to enhance student and teacher performance.
