Life Coaching is a cutting edge technology that is neither therapy nor consulting. Surprisingly however, life coaching, can have therapeutic benefits. It does not replace therapy but is a powerful supplement to those who are already being treated by a therapist. It is a model that perfectly suits you because it is a co-creative process. You and your coach design the process together to give you control and decision making power in your transformation. At the same time their is accountability and goals that the coach will hold you to. Feedback, accountability, exploration of needs and values are all built into this powerful model for transformation.

Coaching is done face to face, over the phone or via skype.
Six month's coaching includes a discovery session (90 minutes) and eighteen one-hour sessions.
