A discovery session is a powerful and thorough session which lasts for 1.5-2 hours. In the discovery session the coach will help you:
- Clarify your values and let the coach know what is most important for you
- Create a conscious relationship for the coaching process in which you and the coach share your needs for effective coaching
- Clarify logistics including scheduling, payments and more
- Define the coach's role and expectations
